HOLLER to HILLTOP
FROM A HOLLER IN WEST VIRGINIA TO A HILLTOP IN INDIANA, WE'RE BUILDING OUR WAY HOME.
OUR STORY
There really is no place like home.
My husband and I were both born and raised in southeastern Indiana. In 2022, my husband's career took us on an adventure to West Virginia and while we're incredibly grateful for our time here—and for the people who have become like family—Indiana has always tugged at our heartstrings. It's where our families live, where our roots run deep and the place we've always imagined finding our way back to.
We recently purchased 192 acres of undeveloped land with a dream of creating a place of our own. Over the next few years, we'll be working toward that dream—installing utilities, building a barn, designing and building a house ... our son even has plans for a golf course. We're dreaming big!
This place is incredibly special to us, and we can't wait to share the journey as we figure it all out along the way.

WHAT LIES AHEAD
The work behind the dream.
Over the next couple of years, we'll be working toward turning this piece of land into a place that feels like home. We'll be sharing the process as it unfolds—the plans, the progress, the design, and the occasional sidebar of a new golf hole added to one of the ridges. Who knows?
How will we do it all while living in West Virginia? Great question, guys. No one knows. For real, no one knows. But that's what keeps life interesting and we're here to figure out.

I'M ALREADY ABOUT 237 STEPS AHEAD OF WHERE WE ACTUALLY ARE IN THE PLANNING PROCESS. THE CONCEPTS AND IDEAS ARE FLOWING, AND THE REALITY OF GETTING THERE? WELL, TBD.
